Driving directions with Google Maps

by admin on December 16, 2009

Similar to the route planning and driving directions functions available at Map Quest, you can plan your trip and get driving directions using Google Maps for almost anywhere internationally.

The Google driving directions and route planning function within Google Maps is great as it enables you to view the satellite images and street view images of the locations you want to visit and search for accommodation and other places of interest near your destination. You can also choose your method of transport (walking, driving via car, public transport etc) to get you there.

In addition you can adjust your route, which is a great function if you want to take the scenic road!
